These Terms & Conditions govern the Southern Nutrition Brandon SMS program operated by EPSC Nutrition LLC. This program is limited to customers of our brick-and-mortar nutrition and supplement store at 2940 Providence Lakes Blvd, Brandon, Florida 33511.
Program Description
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Southern Nutrition Brandon, including customer-care conversations, account and InBody notifications, and promotions, sales, and product updates.

By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Southern Nutrition Brandon, operated by EPSC Nutrition LLC, including customer-care conversations, account and InBody notifications, and marketing texts with promotions, sales, and product updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the separate, optional "Text me updates and offers" checkbox in one of two places:
- In the Brandon store - staff provide the same public SN Members sign-up form on a tablet; the SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.
- On our public customer sign-up form at members.snmembers.com/join?store=brandon - you may check the optional, unchecked box after seeing the disclosure above.
Your phone number is used to look up your account in store. Providing it does not sign you up for texts. Leaving the box unchecked still completes signup. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The website checkbox is the primary opt-in path. Reply START or UNSTOP to receive the registered opt-in confirmation or to resubscribe after STOP.
Mobile Information Sharing
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share mobile information and consent status only with service providers and phone carriers that help deliver and support this messaging program. Our text-messaging provider, Telnyx, may process this information only as needed to deliver and support the messages you requested. It may not use your mobile information or consent for its own marketing or promotional purposes.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Southern Nutrition Brandon does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates may apply.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. (Reply STOP to opt out.) You may receive one confirmation message and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again through the checkbox described above or reply START or UNSTOP.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and conditions.
