SN Members — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to the SN Members app and related Southern Nutrition customer services. By using the app, signing in, or asking us to create or link your member account, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Southern Nutrition operates retail nutrition and supplement stores in Brandon and Riverview, Florida. SN Members helps customers view store-linked rewards, InBody body-composition scan results, meal and supplement planning tools, coaching features when enabled, and pickup-list or reorder tools for in-store purchases.

Retail And Wellness Service

Talk with a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a supplement, diet, exercise program, or wellness plan, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or have allergies or other health concerns.

Your Account

• Use your own phone number or email address and keep your sign-in codes private.
• Do not access another customer's account or share another customer's private scan, meal, reward, or coaching information.
• Tell us if your account looks wrong, if scans or points are missing, or if information appears that does not belong to you.
• We may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account is misused, compromised, or linked incorrectly.

Purchases, Rewards, And Pickup Lists

The app may show purchase history, rewards, store credit, refill reminders, and pickup or reorder lists. Unless a screen clearly says otherwise, product purchases and reward redemptions are completed in store. Rewards and store credits have no cash value, may be adjusted for returns or errors, and may be limited by store policy or applicable law.

Payments

The app does not currently sell digital subscriptions or take in-app purchases. If card or bank payments are later enabled for physical goods or services, payment details will be handled through approved payment providers and related payment terms may apply.

Health, Fitness, And App Data

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter or share. InBody scan results, meal logs, supplement logs, workout logs, progress photos, trainer links, and other app data may be used to provide the app features you request and to help Southern Nutrition serve you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Trainer And Coach Features

If trainer or coach features are enabled, you choose whether to connect with a trainer and what information to share. You can ask us to disconnect a trainer. Trainers and coaches are responsible for their own professional guidance, and Southern Nutrition may remove access if a feature is misused.

SMS And Notifications

If you opt in to text messages, the SMS Terms & Conditions apply. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help. Push notifications can be managed in iOS settings.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass sign-in, feature gates, rate limits, or security controls.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or misuse the app, store data, customer data, or app content.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or private third-party content.
• Do not interfere with the app, stores, systems, or other customers' use of the service.

Availability And Changes

We may update, remove, pause, or limit app features at any time. Some features depend on store systems, third-party services, Apple Health, Apple Wallet, push notifications, InBody systems, or internet availability, and may not always be available.

Disclaimers And Limits

The app is provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Southern Nutrition disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or reliance on app content.
